RACE UNITY DAY June 10, 2017 12 – 4 pm THE ARC OF JUSTICE: PAST, PRESENT, FUTURE

Sponsored by the Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá’ís of Howard County and Howard Community CollegeThe event coincides with Columbia’s 50th Birthday Celebration and Race Unity Day. The concept of Race Unity Day was inaugurated in 1957 by the National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá’ís of the United States.

Please join us for a reception with light refreshments and music with vocalist Lea Gilmore, followed by panel presentations, breakout sessions related to panel topics, and concluding with reflections and suggested ways to take action.
