Event description

Description

This Verge Intensive on Race and the Gospel is an in-depth training event designed to unpack the history, background and practical next steps for racial justice with a leading voice and practitioner today. Verge Intensives are a different type of Verge event that are designed to deep-dive on a specific topic, while focusing on answering the practical how-to and what-about questions we just aren't able to cover at our larger events.

This one-day workshop is designed to train you and your team on the background, practical strategies and tools for effectively engaging racial justice and reconciliation. Packed with guided exercises, you'll walk away with a deeper understanding, as well as an actionable strategy and plan for next steps.

Seating is intentionally limited to provide you and your team with the optimal roundtable experience to be able to flesh out what your next steps should be, and exactly where to start with engaging racial justice in your context.

"If you want to go deeper than the hot-takes and think-pieces on racism, then consider joining us in Austin, TX on March 9." - Jemar Tisby
