DESCRIPTION:

Are you struggling to get started on your journey to address racism and ableism? Join us for this lunchtime conversation, where you’ll have a chance to speak with peers about actions to foster a more equitable society. By pinpointing specific steps to carry out, you will also begin creating an action plan for your personal DEIA efforts in your life, work, and community.

In advance of the conversation, we ask participants to read and reflect on a brief article (below). How do these steps apply to individuals and which is the most challenging for you, personally?
