The Run - Ruck - Ride Relay is a physical challenge uniting civilians and military families in the beautiful town of Woodside. The event honors our Warriors and Families who continue to defend our Country’s freedom and quietly fight on our behalf. Participants will bring awareness to Special Operations Forces and the work of The Station Foundation.
Participants will be involved in a 2.5 mile trail - run, a 1.5 mile obstacle ruck with a 20-40 lb ruck and then hit the roads for a 6 mile road ride. Each participant will receive a t-shirt. You can also race as a team in a relay format. If you would like to participate in the cycling ride but do not have a bicycle please contact Christian Parker at Menlo Velo Bicycles (650) 327-5137 to rent a bike for the day.
Children will also be able to participate in a military-style training and PT exercise. Also on site will be pony rides, rock climbing wall, balloons, face painters and more.
