Event Details

The National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) will host the Region III Conference on March 5-8, 2015, on the Carnival Cruise Lines to Nassau, Bahamas. The Charlotte Area Association of Black Journalists (CAABJ) and Triad Association of Black Journalists (TABJ) could cover some of your expenses, if you participate in the #R3HighSeas Raffle!

CAABJ and TABJ will award $300 to one lucky winner! You’ve already paid for your trip? No problem! You’re still eligible to win. Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Purchase raffle tickets through 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13.
  2. Tickets are $10 each. Individuals can purchase as many tickets as they’d like.
  3. Drawing will be held Dec. 13 at CAABJ’s holiday gathering.
  4. Winner will be contacted via phone and/or email.
  5. Winner must provide proof of conference registration or confirmation of cabin booking by 11:59 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 20.
  6. If conference registration or confirmation has not been provided by winner, another drawing will be held Sunday, Dec. 21.
  7. There are no exclusions as to who can participate in this raffle.
  8. Payment will be made from TABJ. The check will be written directly to recipient.

Proceeds will support CAABJ and TABJ programming and/or community service events. Please submit any questions about the raffle to triadabj@gmail.com or call 336.255.2181.
