We have a special Sunday afternoon show planned for you this month with r beny. He hasn't played in Denver in over 2 years, so we are happy to fly him in for a memorable show in an intimate setting.

Founded in 2001, Space Gallery has been representing and supporting mid-career and established local and national artists through curated programming and art consulting. The gallery’s program focuses primarily on abstraction with an emphasis on new and innovative media. The purpose-built gallery is an architectural treat providing an ideal modern backdrop for the artwork it houses.

This show is part of our series of concerts focused on ambient and experimental music created with modular synthesizers and hybrid systems.

r beny is the electronic ambient project of Bay Area-based artist, Austin Cairns. Finding inspiration in the wonder and volatility of nature and human emotion, Cairns uses modular synthesizers, samplers, and tape loops to weave together a sonic bouquet of organic textures, blissful waves of drone, and decaying melodies carved out of mountains of noise.
