Hands-On Gourmet Raw- Living  and Cooked Vegan Food Preparation Class 

 

 


In this hands-on class, participants will learn how to prepare delicious blended drinks(smoothies), fruit and vegetable juices, plant milk’s, healing and raw gourmet dishes, vegan cooked dishes, raw desserts all plant-based nutrients dense and mostly gluten-free and organic.  We will arm you with the tools needed to begin preparing scrumptious dishes that taste good and is good for you and the planet. Your family and friends won’t believe vegan food can taste so good!


 


Everyone wants to be healthy.  A plant-based diet is an excellent place to start if done correctly.   Join us in learning how to heal your body from the inside out with the right nutrition, cleansing, and detoxification to keep you healthy, and vibrant for life.  The class is designed to teach you how to prepare nutritious and satisfying plant-based meals in a way that is healthy and beneficial to your health and wellness.   You will learn how to prevent and reverse many chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, heart disease, cancer, stroke, and diabetes through healthy eating.    


  Our “whole foods” approach to cooking and preparing raw living foods is perfect for the beginner chef or anyone wanting to incorporate high-nutrient foods into their lifestyle.  Find out how easy and fast it can be to make fulfilling meals that wow your family’s taste buds. It is a great opportunity to learn more about the foods we eat, how to prepare them and how to use kitchen gadgets. 




Class Description:  


In this class, there is a heavy emphasis on raw-living food preparation.  I will share with you some delicious simple cooked recipe staples that we’ve served for years that people love. 


A healthy diet is essential for optimal health. If you are not currently experiencing the level of health you desire; suffering from fatigue; weight gain; or other health concerns, chances are you can significantly improve your life by learning to feed your body the foods it is best designed to handle. 


This class will introduce you to healing and gourmet raw foods, and cooked vegan food and veganism as a  lifestyle versus a diet. We will discuss the science behind healthy vegan foods and health benefits.   


You will leave this class truly inspired & motivated, as you will know how to prepare delicious healthy dishes that taste good!  Come hungry and ready to learn!


In this class you will learn:

 

 

         

  • What to expect when you go vegan

  • How to transition safely and sensibly to a vegan lifestyle

  •  How to handle eating out, social situations and family influences

  •  How to deal with cravings

  •  How to make fast, easy, tasty vegan cooked and raw foods - snacks, meals, and beverages

  •  How to build your vegan  kitchen - using blenders, gadgets, dehydrators, and juicers

  •  How to grow your own sprouts discussion and demonstration

  • What is raw versus living food 


 You’ll learn how to prepare: 


  • Blend and Juice and Plant Milk

  • Delectable Raw Desserts

  • Nut Meats - Pate’s  

  • Salad Dressings 

  • Living Greens: Kale, Collards, and Broccoli

  • Steaming Vegetables

  • Brown Rice and Quinoa - how to cook

  • Stir Fry: Rice and or Quinoa

  • Sauces Raw and Cooked: Cheese, Curry, Gravy, and Marinara

  • Scrambled Tofu or  BBQ Tofu ( organic )

 

 

 

You will leave the class with a purely simple gift bag that will include delicious tasting recipes, suggested grocery lists, and a list of kitchen gadgets that would be found helpful when preparing your plant-based meals.

Quinnie emphasizes a holistic approach to health and wellness with a focus on healthy lifestyle choices such as nutrition and green living. She is health conscious, a certified Life & Wellness Coach,  Yoga and Meditation Coach, Reiki Master Healer, Doula, Vegan and Raw food chef, Holistic Medical Practice Manager and has been cooking and preparing high nutritional plant- based foods for her family and friends for over 20 years. Quinnie is also a Master Soap Maker who teaches monthly soap making and natural product classes in Metro Atlanta. You will find her to be friendly, experienced, and extremely knowledgeable. Known for creating fun and engaging workshops to assist all in making transformational lifestyle choices, Quinnie is committed to helping people find a path to optimal health and vitality. 

Enthusiastic about living a healthy and vibrant life and inspiring others to do so too, Quinnie is very familiar with the challenges and pitfalls that you may encounter as you try to embrace a healthier lifestyle.  Furthermore, as a mother of six (6) children, she is able to share recipes the whole family will enjoy. She will demonstrate and tell you about different recipes or basic and gourmet plant-based meals. You will love her Raw Banana Pudding and Raw Apple Pie.

In addition, Quinnie joyfully prepares vegan and raw preparation demonstrations and cooking classes for home-based parties and corporate events. Quinnie is committed to helping people find a path to optimal health and vitality.
