"I can't say enough about last night's class. Dr. Wolynn is amazing. I feel confident with using his techniques and strategies... All the information that Dr. Wolynn presented made a lot of sense. I recommend this class to anyone who has sleep issues with their child. You will not be disappointed... That is a PROMISE!" -- a Mom who attended the first Quiet Night Sleep Class
Have a new baby, or child under 2, who isn't sleeping well? Who wakes repeatedly through the night? Who won't go down for the night without a bed time routine of 15 minutes or more? Who "needs" you to sleep or stay in bed? Who still feeds through the night? Who refuses to stay in bed and comes out for "curtain calls" throughout the evening?
Want to solve one (or more) of those problems? Want to learn from a doctor (and renowned pediatric sleep expert) who can teach you how?
Check out the Quiet Night Sleep Class, taught by Kids Plus resident Sleep Guru Dr. Todd Wolynn.
In this entertaining and interactive workshop, Dr. Wolynn will give you the tips, tricks, secrets, and strategies you need to solve your child's sleep problems. You'll have fun and leave empowered, with all the tools you need to make every night at home a quiet, happy night for you and your whole family.
Registration is $40 per person, or $60 per couple.
(Use the promotional code kidspluscouple at checkout).
In addition to instruction and (plentiful) examples, the class will include a full Q&A Session with Dr. Wolynn. Class participants also receive a bound special edition of Dr. Wolynn's Kids Plus Sleep Handout.
Every Sleep Class we've hosted has SOLD OUT in advance. We expect this one to sell out as well, so be sure to get your tickets early.
The class is open to the entire community, not just to Kids Plus Families. So everyone can focus on and learn from the material, the class is adults only.
For more information, and to read some more reviews from parents who've taken the class, see the Sleep Class Page on our Kids Plus web site.
