The transition from individual contributor to a leader of others is the most challenging transition that a leader will make in one's career. The approach to your work that made you a successful individual contributor will get in the way of your effectiveness as a leader. The QuickStart program is specifically designed for newly promoted first-line supervisors and managers (leaders of others) with key topics that include discussions on the changing organizational expectations from "Leading Self" to "Leading Others". Topics include valuing contribution and impact not just performance, understanding leadership transition obstacles, letting go of the individual contributor mindset and fully grasping the need to shift one's approach to their work to strategic vs tactical.

This program is designed for those supervisors or managers who have been promoted within the last 30-60 days. Participants will be sent a link to view the Learning Module as well as download a participant workbook, support tools and a Sponsoring Manager Guide.
