Session 1: QuickBooks for Start-ups -- 10:00 - 12:00 pm

Never used QuickBooks Before? No problem. We’ll teach you all you need to get started. Learn easy ways to create a new company and build a chart of accounts. Use Quickbooks to invoice customers, add expenses, and enter bills. Our mission is to empower you to take control of your finances, provide you with security and peace of mind.


Session 2: Intermediate QuickBooks -- 12:00 - 2:00 pm

Have you been using QuickBooks for a while but need to sharpen your skills? We’ll walk you through learning to input your products and services, track inventory, and setup taxes. You will also learn how to link bank accounts and use QuickBooks registers to maximize automation.


Session 3: Advanced QuickBooks -- 2:00 - 4:00 pm

Have you been using QuickBooks for a while but need to sharpen your skills? We’ll walk you through QuickBook Registers and Report Functions. We will teach how to run financial reports and how to read them.



Instructor:

Amelia Lockhart

Amelia has her Masters from University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth and two Bachelor degrees from Pennsylvania State University. She has also studied Tax Law at Seattle University School of Law. She has been working in the Accounting and Finance industry for over ten years. She is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, Financial Educator, and Tax Preparer. She is also a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and American Institute for CPAs.
