Event description

Description

"It's Tuesday night. You haven't gone shopping or planned anything for dinner. What do you make?" This is Christopher Kimball's favorite question to ask cooks when he interviews them on Milk Street Radio.

In June, warmer nights demand minimal stovetop heat and a break from the oven. Sicilian Pesto Pasta (with cherry tomatoes and raw almonds) is a perfect match. A Cambodian Pork Omelet* is great hot or room temperature, and Turkish Meatballs with a Lime-Yogurt Sauce travel well for the first of the season's al fresco dinners.

This is a hands-on cooking class led by Milk Street instructors.

* We can substitute ground turkey for pork in omelet. Please make a note of your dietary preferences when you register.
