"It's Tuesday night. You haven't gone shopping or planned anything for dinner. What do you make?" This is Christopher Kimball's favorite question to ask cooks he interviews. In this class, we use that inspiration to make three easy, fast and delicious recipes. In this season's Tuesday Dinners class, we'll throw together a dinner inspired by Nigella Lawson: hot smoked salmon salad with watercress, avocado and pumpkin seeds. Then we'll cook Lidia Bastianich's go-to weeknight meal, spaghetti with lemon, anchovies and capers. Finally, we'll sear skirt steak and toss it with arugula and Peppadews for Milk Street's version of the classic Tuscan meal tagliata.
This is a hands-on cooking class led by Milk Street instructors.
