Quest Summer Camp: Bootcamp!

Take your training to the next level! This summer, spend 1 week honing your strength, stamina and overall skill through intensive physical challenges and spirit building exercises. Camp will take place Monday - Friday from 9am-12pm.
This camp is open to active students of Chapel Hill Quest Martial Arts ages 10+. This camp is designed for our older youth students to have an opportunity to workout and train with their peers. This is a great opportunity for students close to earning their black belt to get feedback and work on their skills.
Each morning we will start off with a strength or cardio workout, followed by extensive martial arts training. We will also be hosting a pool day and end of camp pizza party!
NOTE: Space is very limited to ensure each student gets individual attention.
