Join us for the opening of the Queens Covid Remembrance Day Project.

About this event

The Dr. M.T. Geoffrey Yeh Art Gallery is pleased to announce the opening of the Queens Covid Remembrance Day Project, an exhibition of more than 270 portraits of Queens residents lost to Covid-19. The portraits were created by artist Hannah Ernst. The opening reception will be on August 8th from 1-5:00 pm.

Remarks will begin at 2:00 pm.

The Dr. M.T. Geoffrey Yeh Art Gallery is located on the St. John's University campus in Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall. Please enter through the Gate 1 entrance where visitor parking will be available. Entrance at the intersection of Utopia Parkway and Kildare Road.

This event is free to attend and all are welcome.

The exhibition will remain on view Monday, August 9 - Wednesday, August 11 from 11a - 5p; and Thursday, August 12, from 11a-7p.
