Quarterly Mental Health Day (QMHD) is a free, nonpartisan community forum hosted by PHInc. to help neighbors learn, connect, and leave with next steps. Expect practical resources, a moderated discussion with officials and providers, and take-home guides you can use the same day.

When and where is it?

Saturday, Nov 15, 2025 • 11:30 AM–3:30 PM at the Jacksonville Public Library. Final room/branch details will be in your confirmation email and reminder. This event is held once a quarter. This is our first of 2025 with dates coming for 2026.

Is it free? Do I need to register?

Yes—free and open to the public. Please register on Eventbrite so we can manage room capacity and send you the agenda, resource links, and accessibility info. Walk-ins welcome until the room is full.

Will it be livestreamed or recorded?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The forum will be recorded and shared so those who can’t attend in person can still participate. Day-of links will be sent to registrants and posted on PHInc. channels.

Who should attend?

Accepted Answer

Residents, caregivers, youth 13+ with a guardian, educators, faith/community leaders, providers, and public officials. Content is practical and people-first; some topics may be sensitive.

	•	Moderated panel/Q&A on access, benefits, and real next steps
	•	Resource tables (info-only) from vetted organizations—no sales
	•	Take-home packet with local and national resources + QR codes

What is PHInc.’s role? Are you medical providers?

PHInc. is a peer-to-peer nonprofit (Advocate · Educate · Inform). We do not provide medical care. For crisis support, call/text 988; for emergencies, dial 911. We focus on navigation, warm referrals, and creative, human-sized tools.

We keep this space respectful, inclusive, and nonpartisan. No campaigning, harassment, or disruptive behavior. By entering, you consent to audio/video/photography for educational and promotional use. If you prefer not to be filmed,  inform check-in staff; we’ll guide you to non-camera seating.

How can I participate beyond attending?

	•	Sponsors/partners: request our sponsor sheet at the same email.
	•	Volunteer or donate: visit phinc-ing.org—every hour and dollar helps us bring tools and navigation to more neighbors.
