In honor of Earth Day, the Neubauer Collegium will host a performative reading of Geissler and Sann's How Does the World End (for Others)? The piece, a score featuring fragments from classic "climate fiction" ("cli-fi") texts, is included as part of The Chicago Cli-Fi Library, on view at the Neubauer Collegium through June 11. The reading will be followed by a musical performance by Jenny Kendler featuring her sculpture Whale Bells, which hangs in the gallery as part of the exhibition.
