Class Description: Learn several simple ways to calm holiday stress and anxiety with Qigong. We will do Qigong practices involving movement, mind/body connections, intention, breathing, guided meditation, posture, self massage, and more. We will be standing, sitting and lying on the floor so dress in loose, comfortable clothes. Expect to feel balanced, relaxed energy and a renewed focus on the pleasures and meaning of the holidays.
