a fusion of energy movement, breath alchemy, and celestial frequencies.

This is a journey of release and remembrance — dissolving what is heavy, expanding into what is real, and harmonizing your nervous system through breath, vibration, and presence. You’ll be guided through Qigong energy flow, Holotropic-inspired breathing, singing bowl sound healing, Light Language activation, Theta sound immersion, and deep meditative integration to open the heart, clear the mind, and align the soul.

Bring your own yoga mat, eye mask, blanket, comfortable clothing, and/or pillow for comfort and a deeper experience.

Additionally, you may also wish to bring water, a journal, or sacred items to anchor your experience further.

Sonic Neural Breathwork (holotropic breathing) is an activating practice and may not be suitable for individuals with cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, pregnancy, high blood pressure, glaucoma, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or recent surgeries.
