I am a certified Eastern Medicine Practitioner and Senior Healing Qigong Teacher from the Ling Gui Family lineage. I live with my husband and daughter, 3 horses, one burro, 2 dogs and one cat. I graduated from Boise State with a BFA degree and spent 20 years in Alaska working and enjoying the outdoors with my family. I am currently finishing up my Master studies in Qigong here in Boise and Portland. I have taught Qigong in the treasure valley for over 10 years through studios at Muse Yoga, Meditative Mind, the Garden City Library and The Cancer Connection Idaho. I maintain my therapy practice at Pulse Holistic Health in Boise.

What inspires you?

Watching the stars emerge in the fading light of sundown at Bruneau Sand Dunes, early summer snow capped mountain views off Stanley Lake, hiking the Sawtooth and White Clouds to bask in their mighty stability. Soaking in hotsprings to melt in geothermal bliss. Cross country skiing to winter yurts finding peace and solitude. Breathing in the big, blue open sky. I am part of this living earth in a place called Idaho where I find happiness in the shared companionship of those I cherish and where earth elements infuse me with gifts for a conscious spirit connected life."
