About the Class
Qi Movements Core Group Training is where functional strength meets mindful movement — and where community comes alive.
Each session blends stability, mobility, and breathwork to help you move better, feel stronger, and connect more deeply — with your body and with others.
This isn’t just a workout; it’s an uplifting group experience designed to help you rebuild strength from the ground up while having fun, learning together, and celebrating progress as a team.
Our Signature Coaching Approach
At Qi Movements, we use a bottom-up coaching philosophy rooted in neurodevelopmental sequencing — the same natural progression the human body follows from infancy to athletic mastery.
We rebuild strength from the foundation up:
- Starting with breath, posture, and sensory awareness
- Re-patterning developmental movements like crawling, rolling, and hinging
- Integrating these layers into powerful, functional exercises
This approach teaches your body to move the way it was designed to — improving coordination, balance, and total-body resilience while helping you move with more ease and confidence.
More Than Training — It’s Connection
What makes this class different is the energy in the room.
You’ll train alongside a supportive group that celebrates your wins, lifts you up, and reminds you that movement is meant to be shared.
Expect laughter, encouragement, and a sense of belonging that keeps you coming back — not because you have to, but because you want to.
