MEAT OPTION: Ribeye Roast, Beef Tri-Tip, Smoked Sliced Brisket. Grilled Chicken Breast, Grilled Mahi

SIDE OPTION: Alfredo Penne Pasta, Roasted Rosemary Red Potatoes, Roasted Broccoli, Southern Style Green Beans, Mexican Street Corn (Elotes), BBQ Daddy Baked Beans.

APPETIZERS: Bruschetta w/ Garlic Crostini, Sausage Filled Mushroom Caps.

THIS current menu served would be equivalent to approximately $75 plate. HOWEVER, for this tasting/dinner event YOUR cost will be LESS than a 1/3 of the cost.
