Welcome to the Q2 Full Management Meeting!

We are looking forward to our upcoming Q2 Full Management Meeting, where we’ll gather as a leadership team to align on key priorities, share program highlights, and address any emerging challenges.

This meeting will also serve as a platform for leadership development. We’re excited to share that a dedicated facilitator will be joining us to lead a special training session designed to support the continued growth of our managers.

Additionally, we’ll be introducing new members of our leadership team during the meeting please join me in giving them a warm welcome!

These quarterly gatherings are a vital space for fostering collaboration, strengthening communication across teams, and ensuring our leaders are well-prepared to move IAFC’s mission forward.
