This 90 minute workshop invites us to learn more about White Supremacy and White Supremacy organizational culture which shows up in our professional and personal lives.

Our facilitator, Kay Martinez (pronouns:they/them/theirs), will provide an overview and participants are invited to read two articles with more background information on White Supremacy and White Supremacy culture. We will also learn and discuss best practices to disrupt White Supremacy culture.
