I

Discover your Change Artist Super Powers, Part 3.

In this session, I'll continue with Change Artist Super Powers:  Curiosity, Observation, Empathy, & Experimentation.

In my next Q&A, I'll explore Experimentation.  We'll cover:

  • The practice of experimentation and how it relates to organizational change
  • Ten questions to consider when designing and carrying out an experiment
  • Examples of experiments I've done

After I touch on these topics, I’ll open it up for questions.

I hope you'll join me for this lively, informative, and FREE 45 minute session.

WEDNESDAY, March 15, 2017, at 1 PM EASTERN Time / Noon US CENTRAL Time.  Note that this is one hour earlier than 2016 sessions.

I will use for this call zoom. This will require that you down load a bit of software.

(US Central time is UTC-6 for my international callers. You can verify your local time at http://www.thetimenow.com/)

Esther Derby

I started my career as a programmer, and over the years I’ve worn many hats, including business owner, internal consultant and manager. From all these perspectives, one thing became clear: our level of individual, team and company success was deeply impacted by our work environment and organizational dynamics. As a result, I have spent the last twenty-five years helping companies design their environment, culture, and human dynamics for optimum success.

I’ve written over 100 articles, and co-authored two books–Agile Retrospectives: Making Good Teams Great and Behind Closed Doors: Secrets of Great Management. I write about management, leadership, collaboration, organizations, and change (or another topic I’m currently exploring).
