Is there parking?

Accepted Answer

There is street parking (Arthur street is free and 3 hours) and paid parking around the studio. We strongly recommend taking public transportation instead - we are 12  minutes away from Corso Italia Station (Little Italy). If you’re not sure how to get to us, we are happy to help and co-ordinate!

Question 2

Can I eat in the Space?

Accepted Answer

Because we are one of the few COVID-conscious spaces that enforce guidelines, we will not be allowing folks we ask that folks be mindful of eating in the space. We recommend supporting our local pals and businesses around the area that provide food and dining services.

Question 3

What if this date doesn't work for me?

Accepted Answer

If those dates don’t work for you get it! If this is successful we hope to see you at a future event. If you'd like to set up a time with Adrienne specifically feel free to e-mail her and ask about her rates, let her know and she may be able to squeeze you in another time!

Question 4

Is a mask required?

Accepted Answer

Yes (unless for a medical reason, you cannot mask), up until it's time to take your picture. Adrienne cannot afford to be sick, and because there will be lots of different folks coming in it's helpful to protect everybody! We will also have an air filter running as well.

Question 5

Will there be refunds if I can't make it anymore?

Accepted Answer

Due to this event being a PWYC donation towards mutual aid, we are only offering refunds on a case-by-case basis (due to severe sickness, etc.) We thank you for supporting our mission to better our community and for supporting Adrienne!

Question 6

Can I bring multiple outfits?

Accepted Answer

We strongly recommend you come prepared and make-up ready for this event, as it is a limited-time thing we want to make sure you make the most of your time slot.

Question 7

How many photos can I have?

Accepted Answer

Adrienne will only be editing 2 photos per session- you pay an additional $50+hst per photo for more photos, she also gives bulk purchasing options!

Question 8

Can I bring my family or friends?

Accepted Answer

Because of the limited time if you would like to plan and make it happen with a friend(s)/family, you are more than welcome to. However, the time slot will be limited to 30 minutes so do consider that in your planning. Adrienne will not be able to extend your timeslot.

Question 9

Can I get a refund or can I reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Due to this event being a PWYC structure, we only provide refunds due to illness or unavoidable emergency. If you book and cannot make it for any other reason you will not be entitled to a refund. Furthermore, Adrienne is a working photographer and cannot reschedule lightly. So keep that in mind!
