Join us for our next Book Club, The Beauty Experiment, with author Phoebe Hyde on Saturday, January 18 at Craftland!
In this special discussion and workshop especially designed for our book club, Phoebe will share three of the most valuable lessons she learned from her experiment and then, with the help of some fun, empowering writing exercises, we'll each get a chance to try our own mini beauty experiment, without having to swear off makeup, jewelry, and shopping for a year! There will be plenty of time for questions and group discussion of The Beauty Experiment, too.
Enjoy a brunch buffet by Trinity Brewhouse and complimentary mimosa bar with Ruffino Prosecco (yum)!
Event attendees will have the option to donate $5 to Dorcas Place, whose mission is to assist low-income adults in realizing their full potential through literacy, employment, advocacy and community involvement.
Thank you to Featherweight Printing for the event design and Craftland for hosting our group! The parking lot at the corner of Westminster & Union Streets offers 2 hours free parking with validation from Craftland.
This event is limited to 25 women (or female-identifying) to ensure an intimate event and discussion.
Hope to see you there!
