Putting Diversity Into Practice: What the Legal Industry Says (and Doesn’t Say) About Today’s Diversity Challenges

Description: What is the current state of affairs in today’s legal industry when it comes to diversity and inclusion? This panel will discuss the most current data on diversity in the profession, and how different types of institutions (firms, government, and the corporate community) are innovatively addressing this issue. Join us for a candid conversation about strategically putting diversity ideals into practice. Additional topics will include the effectiveness of mentoring, unconscious bias in the legal workplace, the challenge of recruitment and retention, and more.

Format: Panel discussion with moderator.
