Blended Learning Format:

This interactive training and coaching program consists of:

  • Pre-work to prepare you for success.

  • Two-day interactive classroom training with sales playbook.

  • 10 live group coaching calls over six months to help you put your new strategies into practice.

  • Plus a final practicum to demonstrate your new strategic selling skills and results.

  • Map out winning strategies and apply practical tools as you work through the 6 Conversations of the Sales Cycle, including Self-Talk, Strategy, Reason to Meet, Purposeful Meeting, Presenting Solutions and Secure a Yes!

  • Use the PURPOSE Consultative Conversation Framework to have more purposeful/consultative conversations with clients.

  • Create a proactive prospecting plan to secure at least one to three new customers with our 90-day prospecting blitz.

  • Create a key account plan for existing customers that will steer you to the real decision-makers; ask better questions that uncover bigger sales opportunities with our PURPOSE conversation framework.

  • Move away from product and price conversations by learning how to add value with 3-Option Proposals, using the Circle Back Questioning Technique, and applying Negotiation & Follow-up Strategies to secure the sale.
