This invitation-only training is for Faculty and Staff members at Institutions who hold an active annual license to teach the proprietary Purpose University curriculum. At this 2-day training, participants will learn the trade secrets on how to effectively teach and coach the Purpose University curriculum at your institution. This training occurs annually, and is required to teach the Purpose University curriculum at licensed institutions.


The Franklinton Center at Bricks is a Social Justice Retreat Center. Nestled in rural Whitakers, N.C., Franklinton Center at Bricks is a former slave plantation that was transformed into one of the first accredited schools for African Americans in the South. Today, it is a conference, retreat, and educational facility focusing on social justice advocacy and leadership development.

*Final Annual Approval is awarded after the review of recorded coaching sessions and written feedback from facilitator is signed by coach
