Description

Over the past 15 years Meredith Leigh has worked as a farmer, butcher, chef, teacher, non-profit executive director, and writer, all in pursuit of sustainable food. We've invited here here to Richmond to discuss her new book, Pure Charcuterie, where she makes a case for meat preservation not only as a means of artistic expression and flavorful eating, but also as a form of activism.

You have your choice of two events--The Demo or The Dinner, or for the truly curious, both--to mine Meredith's knowledgable mind for all your meat, farm, poetry, art, cure questions. This unique event will not see its equal any time soon and tickets will be limited! We'll also have Pure Charcuterie on hand for purchase and for Meredith to sign!

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

This event is not exclusively 21+ but there will be alcohol served and IDs will be checked on premise.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking will be street only, but Main St has very wide lanes and on Sunday should be fairly easy.

What's the refund policy?

Sorry, but all sales are final on tickets.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Ideally, yes, please. If you have the digital version, it will be accepted.
