Description

Treat a friend or book a class for a personal Pupusa Making Workshop. The pupusa is El Salvador's national dish.

In class:

MASA - Learn about flavoring and how to make sure that their masa is pupusa-ready.
FRESH TOMATO SAUCE - Using fresh ingredients, blended in class and simmered on the stove while we make the rest of the ingredients.
FILLINGS: A cheese and vegetable filling will be made in class to use in our pupusa making. One other pre-prepped filling will be available (pork, beans and cheese, or cheese and beans).
CURTIDO -- Make your own pickled cabbage to keep!
I bring ingredients, equipment, and extra curtido to enjoy with our pupusas.

This class is a hands on experience on forming your own patties, properly filling them, and grilling the patties on a skillet. Afterwards, we will enjoy our pupusas!
