Puppy Yoga

Unroll your mat for an evening of gentle movement, joyful connection, and adoptable puppy snuggles—all in support of the animals at Atlanta Humane Society. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this one-hour session offers a relaxing flow, playful interruptions by our furry friends, and plenty of opportunities for cuddles.

Please note:

• Participants must be ages 18 and older.

• A waiver will be required upon check-in.

• Don’t forget to bring your own mat (BYOM).
