Pumpkin Investigations: STEM Saturday

STEM Saturdays are one month away, try it out, we know you'll love it! 🎃

For the month of October, students will use Pumpkins in their investigations. Students will be given a problem to solve, their teacher will introduce the materials to brainstorm ideas, students will draw their plan, then carry out the plan using the materials. Finally, test it out and make any changes if needed.

STEM Saturdays encourages:

Real world problem solving, engaged learning

Team work, and collaboration with peers

An opportunity to fail and re-try

Creativity and thinking outside the box

Parents can get a break to do their much needed grocery shopping, get a Mani and Pedi, have a date, or spa day. Our STEM Saturdays are every second Saturday October through March. For ages 2 to 6, 11 am to 3pm, lunch is provided and all students must be potty trained. Each month, seasons will be the primary focus.
