FAQs

1. A negative COVID-19 test is not required for entry into Mexico.
2. Effective January 26, 2021, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) requires all air passengers entering the United States (including U.S. citizens and Legal Permanent Residents) to present a negative COVID-19 test, taken within three calendar days of departure, or proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days. PumPers will have access to on-site COVID-19 antigen testing prior to their return to the U.S. Testing will be provided by an accredited medical testing lab that complies with the requirements of the CDC and results will be received within 72 hours prior to departure in written and/or electronic format.
3. PumPers may arrive earlier or stay longer than the advertised travel dates. Accommodations are subject to availability and all costs associated with trip extensions will be the sole responsibility of the Pumper. Contact us regarding trip extensions.
4. Airfare to and from Cancun, Mexico is not included.
5. Group (and private VIP) airport transfers will be provided to registered PumPers.
6. Complimentary shuttles will be provided for all off-site events.
7. Refunds will not be issued for No Shows or Early Checkouts and 100% of all payments to date will be assessed.

Terms And Conditions

PAYMENTS

All PumPcation Packages must be paid in full by August 31, 2021. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture and automatic cancellation of your package without refund.

Prices are quoted in USD and are based on costs, taxes and exchange rates at the time of booking. Increases to these costs and/or charges may result in an increase in the price of your PumPcation Package.

A minimum payment is due at the time of registration via Eventbrite. Package balances may be paid in full any time prior to August 31, 2021, or pursuant to the following payment schedule:

Balances must be paid in full by August 31, 2021. PumPers choosing to utilize the above-referenced payment plan will be invoiced via PayPal and payments are to be made via said platform.

Flights are not included in PumPcation Tulum packages.

Airport Transfers: PumPers who arrive earlier or leave later than prearranged group airport transfers must secure their own Airport Transfers.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

PUMPERS AGREE THAT ALL PAYMENTS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEPOSITS AND FUTURE PACKAGE PAYMENTS) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND THAT NEITHER REFUNDS NOR EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE ONCE PACKAGES ARE PURCHASED.

PUMPERS AGREE THAT REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR EVENTS MISSED DUE TO FLIGHT DELAYS, LATE ATTENDANCE, OR NON-PARTICIPATION. IF YOU GET SUPER DRUNK AND MISS A WHOLE DAY OF PUMPIN, MAKE UP FOR IT THE NEXT DAY BY GETTING SUPER DRUNK AGAIN. FETE MATHS.

PUMPERS AGREE THAT REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR NO SHOWS OR EARLY CHECKOUTS.

Cancellations due to positive COVID-19 Test results shall be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the PumPer’s deposit. Proof of a positive COVID-19 Test result is required to be refunded. Upon approval of cancellation, PumPers shall be refunded all deposits paid to date, less 25% of the PumPer’s deposit. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted to PumPcation Tulum via pumpcationssa@gmail.com. Verbal cancellations shall not be binding.

In the event of the happening of any circumstance beyond the control of the PumPcation Tulum Management Team, including without limitation, acts of God, fire, flood, natural disaster, war or threat of war, acts or threats of terrorism, civil disorder, unauthorized strikes, governmental regulation or advisory, recognized health threats as determined by the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control, or local government authority or health agencies (including but not limited to the health threats of COVID-19, H1N1, or similar infectious diseases), curtailment of transportation facilities, or other similar occurrence beyond the control of the PumPcation Tulum Management Team, where any of those factors, circumstances, situations, or conditions or similar ones prevent, dissuade, or unreasonably delay prospective PumPers from appearing at the Hotel, or where any of them make it illegal, impossible, inadvisable, or commercially impracticable to hold the Event, The PumPcation Tulum Management Team retains the right to unilaterally cancel or postpone the event without liability, damages, fees, or penalty. In the event of cancellation by PumPcation Tulum, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the event and all packages will be honored for said

CONSENT TO THE USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES

Registration with, attendance at, or participation in PumPcation Tulum constitutes an agreement by the PumPer to PumPcation Tulum Management Team’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the PumPer’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE

In consideration for being allowed to participate in PumPcation Tulum, PumPers hereby warrant and represent that they are age 18 or above and knowingly release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue PumPcation Tulum, its Management Team, and each of their respective partners, shareholders, affiliates, directors, officers, fiduciaries, employees, agents and volunteers and each of the partners, shareholders, affiliates, directors, officers, fiduciaries, employees and agents of each of the foregoing (hereinafter referred to as “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by PumPers or any of the property belonging to PumPers, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees, while participating in PumPcation Tulum or while in, on or upon the premises where PumPcation Tulum and/or related activity is being conducted.

PumPers hereby warrant that they are fully aware of the risks involved and hazards connected to their participation in PumPcation Tulum, including but not limited to travel risks. PumPers hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said activity with full knowledge that said activity may be hazardous to PumPers and their property. PumPers knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by PumPers, or any loss or damage to property owned by PumPers, as a result of being engaged in PumPcation Tulum, whether caused by the negligence of Releasees or otherwise. PumPers further hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to PumPers’ participation in PumPcation Tulum, whether caused by the negligence of Releasees otherwise.

PumPers knowingly and voluntarily intend for this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Policy to constitute an Agreement between Releasees and PumPers. PumPers knowingly and voluntarily intend for this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement to binding the members of PumPers’ families and spouses if PumPers are alive, and PumPers’ heirs, assigns, and personal representatives if PumPers are deceased, and knowingly and voluntarily intend for this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement to be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge, and covenant not to sue the RELEASEES. PumPers hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

INDEMNIFICATION

PumPers hereby warrant and represent that they are age 18 or above and hereby knowingly and voluntarily agree to indemnify, exonerate and hold PumPcation Tulum, its Management Team, and each of their respective partners, shareholders, affiliates, directors, officers, fiduciaries, employees, agents and volunteers and each of the partners, shareholders, affiliates, directors, officers, fiduciaries, employees and agents of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Indemnitees”) free and harmless from and against any and all actions, causes of action, suits, losses, liabilities and damages, and expenses in connection therewith, including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements (collectively, the “Indemnified Liabilities”), incurred by the Indemnitees or any of them as a result of, or arising out of, or relating to the execution, delivery, performance, enforcement or existence of PumPcation Tulum or the transactions contemplated hereby, whether caused by the negligence of the Indemnitees or otherwise.
