Gainsight CSM 100 on May 11, 2017 is the first step on your journey in learning to use Gainsight to help you and your company avoid churn, increase renewals, and to make successful customers of your products! This course is targeted on those who are new to Gainsight or are seeing a refresher and will answer the pressing question: “What’s in it for me?”. You will quickly get up-to-speed with the key features that you’ll be using on a daily basis!

Topics covered include Cockpit, the Customer 360, and many other key features that you’ll want to make the most of from Gainsight. Perfect for the Customer Success Manager or Account Manager!

Pre-requisites:

  • A Wi-Fi enabled laptop
  • A desire to learn how to use Gainsight

Gainsight Admin 100 on May 8, 2017 is the first step on your journey as a Gainsight Administrator. If you are new to Gainsight or are seeking to refine your understanding, this class will help you answer the questions: “Where do I start? What do I need to know to set up Gainsight for my team?” Our goal is to help you quickly ramp up to be an effective member of your Customer Success team.

Within this course, you will secure a baseline understanding of Gainsight as a whole and learn how to configure and use each of Gainsight’s primary features. Topics covered include C360, Cockpit, Copilot, Dashboards, Data Management (the MDA), Reporting, The Rules Engine, Surveys, and Usage Data.

Pre-requisites:

  • Some basic understanding of Salesforce.com is recommended but not required
  • Basic understanding of Gainsight including functions such as C360, Cockpit, Scorecards, etc.
  • Participants should bring a wifi-enabled laptop
  • A Gainsight Traning Org (participants will receive one prior to class)

Who should attend:

  • This training is for Gainsight customers only
  • New Gainsight Admins
  • Existing Admins who wish to broaden their understanding of Gainsight
  • Other Gainsight Users who want to understand Admin capabilities and concepts

Gainsight Admin 200 on May 9 & 11, 2017 is your next step on your journey as a Gainsight Administrator, delivering an in-depth understanding of key features that drive your success in leveraging Gainsight in your company.

This Special Topics course will focus on scenario-based training, beginning with the complex subject of Data Management. We will cover how to create MDA Objects, how to populate such objects by leveraging Data Spaces and Rules, Using the S3 Connector, and more. We will also cover common pitfalls / troubleshooting techniques and advanced concepts that will serve you well.

This is a Workshop format with a limited lecture. You will work through examples and scenarios with guidance from the Gainsight staff. Additional topics may be introduced as time allows. Bring your A-game and thinking cap!

Pre-requisites:

  • Some basic understanding of Salesforce.com and database concepts is recommended
  • Participants have completed Gainsight Admin 100 training or are confident using Gainsight at a basic Admin level
  • Participants should bring a wifi-enabled laptop
  • A Gainsight Traning Org (participants will receive one prior to class)

Who should attend:

  • This training is for Gainsight customers only
  • Gainsight Admins who have completed Gainsight Admin 100 training and are seeking more advanced material
  • Existing Admins who wish to deepen their understanding of Gainsight around working with data
  • Attendees must purchase a Pulse ticket AND a Gainsight Admin 200 ticket.

Cost: $299 in addition to your Pulse ticket

Time: Starts at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, May 9th and 11:25 am on Thursday, May 11th
