Now in its 15th year, this legendary showdown brings together pitmasters, pork lovers, and partygoers for an afternoon of bold bites, big bragging rights, and unforgettable fun.

Chefs, this is your moment. Bring 10 pounds of pork shoulder, cooked to perfection using your own recipe. Drop off your dish at Verve between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM to enter the ring.
