Description

4 week Pull Up Strength and Skill Development. Saturday's at 10:30am or Wednesday's at 6:30. Each week will consist of Pull up progressions and accessory work to help build strength and skills needed for both strict and kipping pull ups. You will then be given homework to build on for that rest of that week to be ready for the next weeks lessons. Finally a program that will give you everything you need to stay consistent and get that Pull UP! This is also great for people who might have the ability to do a few strict pull ups but can't string together the kipping. You can never build too much strength :)
