Publick House is hosting a fundraising dinner for the families affected by the Brimfield Car accident that took the lives of three students.
About this event
Check-in for the event will be in our main parking lot in the rear of the Publick House, near the entrance to our outdoor Garden Tent. Dress according to the weather.
You will need to present either a printed or electronic copy of your ticket at check-in.
Seating is unreserved at large seat yourself tables.
Our goal is to raise as much money as possible for the families! We invite all guests to the buffet one time. Fill your plate as full as you can but please finish within one hour so more guests can be seated.
We ask that you arrive at the start time of your ticket. If you arrive late you must finish your meal by the end time of your ticket.
Weather permitting we will have an area outside where guests can gather and socialize!
If possible carpool so their is enough parking for the 1,200 people expected to attend.
