Description

«The Evolution of our relationship with Technology» is a public lecture organised by Harbour.Space University in collaboration with OneCoWork.

This talk will be conducted by Riccardo Giraldi, one of the world’s foremost authorities in interactive design.

With the industrial revolution, our relationship with technology changed, accepting that machines can outperform us physically. With the introduction of computers, we accepted that machines can outperform our minds. We are now at the point where technology is becoming aware, independent, and capable of making decisions on its own. In this new scenario, we are at the verge of a new phase of human computer interaction. The definition of a new relationship with technology. This is a moment where we are just only using technology but rather teaching technology how to become human literate and make decisions in our behalf.

This lecture will dive into:

  • Experimenting on the relationship between humans and technology

  • Inventing and designing innovative solutions that help enrich and improve our lives.

  • How the field of interactive design influences day to day life

  • What does the future look like in the tech world
