The International Lake Champlain-Richelieu River Study Board is hosting three public meetings to receive public comment on its draft Work Plan.

The International Lake Champlain-Richelieu River Study Board was established by the International Joint Commission to more fully explore the causes, impacts, risks and solutions to flooding in the Lake Champlain-Richelieu River basin.
