Public Hearing (Afternoon Session) on CEQ's Update to its NEPA Regulations

About this Event
To accommodate more speakers, this portion of the public hearing will not include a presentation on CEQ's proposed rule titled "Update to the Regulations Implementing the Procedural Provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act." If you wish to speak, you must select a ticket for Speaking Sessions 3 or 4. Listen only tickets are also available. The same individual cannot register for multiple tickets.
Location: The Sidney Yates Auditorium is located at the Department of the Interior, 1849 C Street, NW.
Important note about security and screening: The agency building at 1849 C Street, NW has magnetometer-style screening and personal items are put through an x-ray machine. During the screening process, if the magnetometer alarms, the individual will be required to undergo a secondary search with a hand held magnetometer and may subsequently be subject to a pat down. All participants must present a current, valid photo ID. Please note that the REAL ID Act, passed by Congress in 2005, established new requirements for entering federal facilities. Acceptable forms of identification include: driver’s license, Federal employee badges, passports, enhanced driver's licenses, and military identification cards. Prohibited Items: No weapons of any kind allowed (including pocket knives). No drugs or drug paraphernalia allowed (including marijuana). No signs allowed at public hearings. No food or drink are allowed in the auditorium.
