This 2-day workshop will take a deep-dive into helping physical therapist private practice owners dramatically increase their profits while gaining control of their time and how they spend it.

Learn and put in place the 5 Critical Processes to maintain a stable and profitable business. We will also be defining and establishing the importance of your Value Discipline, identifying your Target Customer, your Unique Value Proposition, and your Brand Promise.
