Simple changes can improve the way services feel to live in, to use and to work in. Focussing on the physical environment, the relationships and the processes within your service, this course can change the way you think about your role, and give people the best possible experience of your service.
The session includes:
· Understanding the impact that the environment has on people’s engagement and wellbeing
· The importance of co-production in PIE
· Assessing your service and planning changes
· Psychologically-informed staff support
