At PSFK Labs’ San Francisco event, the team behind PSFK’s Future of Retail 2015 Report will shine a light on the actions retailers and brands need to take to remain relevant in today's omnichannel environment.
In order to stand out from the competition, retailers and brands must make the best use of their customers' time and attention by designing multichannel experiences that strike a perfect balance between efficiency and enjoyment, relevance and surprise. PSFK's latest report will align emerging retail trends with key strategies to take advantage of them, helping businesses deliver on evolving shopper needs and expectations both on and offline to drive better sales, service and engagement.

Nicolas Franchet - Global Head of Direct Response Strategy, Facebook
Nicolas is responsible for developing category level marketing strategies that benefit both pure-play and multi-channel retail businesses of all sizes around the world. He also sits on the Board of Directors of Shop.org, a division of the National Retail Federation, the world's largest retail trade association. Prior to joining Facebook, Nicolas spent more than 7 years at eBay first leading the Marketplaces Strategy team and later as a general manager for eBay Motors and eBay Fashion.
Robert Stephens - Founder, GeekSquad
A native of Chicago, Robert left a scholarship at the Art Institute of Chicago in 1990 to pursue a degree in computer science at the University of Minnesota. In April 1994, he formed The Geek Squad with $200. In 2002, The Geek Squad acquired Best Buy and opened Geek Squad precincts in all Best Buy properties worldwide. With over 24,000 Agents, The Geek Squad is now the world's largest technology support company. Robert served as CTO for Best Buy until 2012 when he relocated to San Francisco with his family to pursue his next startup.
Pablo Slough - Head of Mobile Solutions, Google
Pablo Slough joined Google in Mexico in November 2009, where he started as Head of Industry focusing on Tourism, Finance, CPG and Health verticals; after he became Country Manager of Google México in 2012. A serial entrepreneur and always close to technology, advertising, and e-commerce, Pablo’s mission is promoting the Internet and Mobile ecosystem. Pablo was also a board member of IAB in Mexico for several years, an Endeavor mentor, founded the Masters of Internet Business in Mexico and most recently started a co-working space in Mexico for budding entrepreneurs.
Courtney Lapin - Head of Retail Partnerships, Westfield Labs
At Westfield Labs, Courtney creates and manages all of the retail partnerships that power the pilots introduced into Westfield shopping centers nationwide. She plays a critical role in making sure retailers are seamlessly integrated into new digital programs showcasing the best possible implementation. Most recently, her retail partnerships were an essential part of Westfield’s digital storefront initiatives, same-day delivery, and online food ordering programs.
Liam Casey - Founder, PCH International
Since founding PCH International in 1996, Liam has worked to design custom manufacturing solutions for Fortune 500 and startup companies around the world. The PCH start up incubator Highway1 has been associated with companies like LittleBits, Cue, Ringly, Drop, Navdy, Blaze, and many others.
Margot Langsdorf - VP for Client Services, Shopkick
Margot oversees Client Services at shopkick, where she helps retailers and marketers drive revenue growth and shopper engagement. Before her current role, Margot previously oversaw shopkick’s Retail Partnerships practice, where she managed and launched some of shopkick’s largest partnerships, including Target, Macy’s and American Eagle. Prior to shopkick, Margot learned that a big company doesn't mean little risk, when she worked at Lehman Brothers creating strategic, cross-divisional relationships for its largest clients. Margot graduated with her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2010.
Chris Bennett - Founder, Soldsie
Chris is passionate about social change and innovation. As the CEO of Soldsie, Chris is leading the social shopping revolution and helping modern retailers grow their bottom line using Facebook and Instagram. His last startup, LiquidBooks, was a success at the University of Pennsylvania campus. In the Bay Area, Chris is involved with 500 Startups and Black Founders. Chris holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Tristan is co-founder of Storefront, the online marketplace that connects makers with retail space. Previously, he co-founded SocialEarth, the Huffington Post of social entrepreneurship. Born into a family of artists, Tristan spends his free time creating art, shooting photography, and speaking about urban innovation.
