At PSFK Labs’ New York event, the team behind PSFK’s Future of Retail 2015 Report will shine a light on the actions retailers and brands need to take to remain relevant in today's omnichannel environment.
In order to stand out from the competition, retailers and brands must make the best use of their customers' time and attention by designing multichannel experiences that strike a perfect balance between efficiency and enjoyment, relevance and surprise. PSFK's latest report will align emerging retail trends with key strategies to take advantage of them, helping businesses deliver on evolving shopper needs and expectations both on and offline to drive better sales, service and engagement.
During this half-day event, PSFK Labs will present key innovators who are exploring the central themes in our study. The speakers will share practicable insights that highlight the impact of the findings and suggest approaches for translating trends in to action.
Speakers will include leading San Francisco based pioneers in the retail space and will continue to be added in the coming weeks.
