psadmin.conf is a conference specifically for PeopleSoft Administrators. The conference features talks from expert admins on topics like PeopleSoft automation, open source tools to simplify your job, and success stories on upgrades and patching. The conference also features hands-on guided labs that you won't get anywhere else. The goal of the conference is to expand your knowledge of PeopleSoft Administration and network with PeopleSoft admins from around the world.

psadmin.conf 2020 will be a virtual conference. This year the sessions and guided labs will be hosted virtutally so you can log in from your office, home office, or favorite couch.

The conference includes three guided labs. The first lab is an Oracle-led Cloud Manager Test Drive. In this lab you will use free OCI credits to deploy Cloud Manager and use it first hand. This year will also feature a brand new lab, "Load Testing PeopleSoft", and walks through the steps to simulate load on a PeopleSoft system. The third lab is a DPK Guided Lab. The DPK Guided Lab will have two tracks: Introductory and Advanced. The Introductory track is great for first-time attendees or people who have not worked with deployment packages. The Advanced track is for repeat attendees or admins who have experience with the DPK, coding in Puppet, and want more in-depth knowledge of deployment packages.

Last year, close to 100 PeopleSoft Administrators spent three days together. It was three great days of meeting fellow admins and hearing how they solved similar technical issues in new and innovative ways. The guided labs were extremely fun to walk through some new technologies and get a head start in using those technologies.
