Join us for the inaugural Prufrock & Cocoa Runners Mocha Masterclass.
This hands on session will be cohosted by Prufrock Coffee and Cocoa Runners at Prufrock's Coffee School in the basement of its Leather Lane Coffee House. This workshop is designed for those who want to learn how to make the ultimate mocha in the comfort of their own home.
You'll learn from Prufrock's master coffee makers how to use an Aeropress, a Cafetierre and a V60 to produce an exceptional cup of coffee. Cocoa Runners will share a little about the history of craft chocolate, and how origin can transform flavour in chocolate, and then we'll work together to finish the evening with a mocha-off and a bitesize tutorial in the science of latte art.
By the end of the night, you'll know how to make a mocha like a pro, and you'll leave with a selection of beans and chocolate to continue the experimentation in the comfort of your own home.
The workshop will start promptly at 7pm.
