Provost's Symposium on Engaged Scholarship: Promoting Racial Justice
Event Information
About this Event
The second annual Provost's Symposium on Engaged Scholarship brings together faculty, administrators, professional staff, students, and alumni, who are committed to the scholarship of engagement. Working in partnership with our communities has become more critical than ever given the COVID-19 pandemic and civil unrest across America. This symposium will focus on how engaged scholarship can promote racial justice. Building on the university's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, the participants will consider the tangible ways to make strides in the year ahead. This year’s keynote speaker is Dr. Timothy Eatman, Dean of the Honors Living-Learning Community at Rutgers-Camden.
The zoom webinar link will be provided two days before the event.
