About this event

The Philadelphia and Pittsburgh FEBs are happy to announce the next session in our “Career Development Series” to support employees in our area. This is a series of presentations and discussions around various topics that will be of value to all employees at all levels of our workforce. Some topics may be more appropriate to some levels than others, but we hope to offer sessions that will be useful to employees at various stages of their federal career.

Our next session will cover “Providing a Quality customer Service Experience.” Some of the topics we anticipate will be covered include internal/external customers, email etiquette, responsiveness, and professionalism. The presentation includes the following elements:

-The ABC’s of Customer Service (along with some Ds, Es, Ls, Ps, Rs, and Ss too!)

-Developing Consistency in Handling Customers

-Critical Steps In The Customer Service Cycle
