Being the CEO of an organization is kind of like being on an island. There’s nowhere to pass the buck and there’s no one who can help you with tough decisions. There just aren’t a lot of people to lean on. By attending these sessions, you’ll find that there are a lot of people in the same boat, heading to land on the same island. They’re waiting for the opportunity to help you on the right course, because they’re experiencing the same things.
You’ll have the freedom to ask questions and share things that you can’t share with your staff on a day-to-day basis. You’ll be away from the office for the day, spending quality time working ON the business….not IN the business.
Each month we will have a full day long session that will combine real world situations, group discussions, videos and reading materials covering a specific topics related to Island Leadership.
